The defending champion Raptors are at number ten, the Pistons, Celtics and SuperSonics are in the middle of the pack, and the Kevins Durant and Garnett in Minnesota are in the bottom five. Rounding things out are the Hornets and 76ers, as Allen Iverson has begun to decline.

Coming into the league next year will be two phenomenal point guards, in 19 year old Derrick Rose and 18 year old Russell Westbrook. The class also includes the likes of Goran Dragic, Eric Gordon, Kevin Love, Michael Beasley, Brook Lopez and more.
